EXPLOITATION IN ONLINE CONTENT MODERATION

چکیده
This paper presents a normative framework for evaluating the moral and epistemic exploitation that online content moderation workers experience while working social media companies (often as subcontractors or Mechanical Turk workers). I argue current labor model of commercial (CCM) is exploitative in ways inflict profound harm injustices on workers. detailed account enables us to see more clearly contours causes injustice involved CCM, helps understand precisely why these forms are unjust. It also suggests some practical solutions just work shapes our ecosystem.
